Mascara Comparison

So the point of this post is to show you the comparison of two different mascaras.

First eye-Essence Get Big Lashes 

Price-$3-$6

Second eye-Maybelline New York Great Lash Lots of lashes

Price-$6-$8

So I personally don't see a difference in either eye as far as my lashes go. So now you can save yourself a few extra dollars by buying the Essence Get Big Lashes Mascara. Plus it's water proof!

My school makeup routine

So today's post is about my makeup routine for school. Keep in mind I personally like the natural look for school. 

Step 1

Wash your face off to get rid of all of the dirt. 

Step 2 

Moisturize your skin because we don't want dry skin. 

Step 3 

Take a BB cream of your choice and place a pump of it on the back of your hand. 

Step 4 

Take a brush and start blending in the bb cream to your face. 

Step 5

Take a concealer of your choice and dab it under your eyes. Make sure you use your ring finger to do this and don't be to rough with your skin because that can cause wrinkles. 

Step 6 

A lip balm or chapstick of your choice.

Now you are all done with the look!

Swimsuit coverups

So today's post is all about swimsuit coverups. 

Rompers-basically a dress but with shorts underneath making sure nothing is being exposed. It's also very quick to slip on and off but this won't show up your swimsuit. 

Romper-Garage

Tank top- So get one that's a size or 2 bigger than yours with maybe a saying or print. 

Tank top-Garage 

So mine is blue and white stripes and it actually has cutouts in a shape of an anchor so this kind of shows off your swimsuit but still keeps you covered. 

Baggy cardigan

Cardigan-American Eagle 

So this cardigan will show off your swimsuit and its easy to slip on and off. 

A see through sweater-So if you do want your swimsuit to be seen throw on a see through sweater 

Sweater-Costa Blanca

So the holes in this sweater show off your swimsuit and it's easy to slip on and off.

Electro Baby lips review

So I'm obsessed with baby lips. They are just moisturizing and leave your lips feeling great. So when baby lips came out with the new electro baby lips. Of course I had to get my hands on it. Here is the one I got. 

So the one I got is #85 Oh! Orange! It is like the other baby lips it leaves skin feeling moisturized but the electro baby lips don't have SPF in them like the originals. So I personally would just get the original ones because that's also going to give you SPF. As far as the colour goes its sheer but build-able. 

Ariana Grande look a like outfits

So this is a new series on my blog but basically I'm going to take celebrity outfits and re create them so everyone can wear them. So today I'm going to be showing you Ariana Grande look a like outfits! So if you have specific celebrity let me know in the comments below. 

So Ariana Grande is known for very girly outfits. My dress is from H&M and my white bow my friend actually made for me. But you can get bows like that from American Apparel.  

DIY Stand

What you will need
-A large plate
-A medium plate
-A small plate
*Try a dollar store*
-A glue gun
-Candle Sticks/Spacers 

These are what my materials look like.

Steps:

Take the largest plate and place it right side up and then take a spacer and glue the rim of it with your glue gun and then place it in the middle of the plate. This is what it should look like. 

Now take the middle size plate and take your glue gun and glue the bottom of the spacer that's already attached to the first plate. Glue the entire top of the first spacer then place the middle size plate on top of the spacer in the middle. This is what it should look like. 

Now take the last spacer and glue the rim of it and place it in the middle of the middle sized plate. This is what it should look like. 

Last step glue the bottom of the second spacer and the place the last plate in the middle. This is what it should look like. 

So now you can fill up your stand with whatever you want here's what I filled mine up with.

Back To School:Freshman Advice

So I myself was a freshman last year in high school and I've picked up on a few tips to help you survive your freshman year!

Academics
-School should always be your first priority!-That's why you're there to get an education always put school first
-Getting homework done right after you come home from school is a habit you should try to get yourself in this way it will always get done
-Don't skip to often-I know it's really tempting to skip class once in a while it's OK but don't do it often because you'll fall behind
-If you took really high leveled classes and you feel that it's too much drop that class and take something more at your pace
-Try to get involved in clubs and sports-it's a great way to meet new people

Older Students
-If you stay out of their way they will stay out of your way

Friends
-The friends you walked into high school with won't be the friends you walk out with
-But you will also make tons of new friends
-Some of your friends will change 

Boys 
-Don't change yourself for one
-Don't leave your friends for one
-If he's trying to change you leave him
-Trust your friends over him

Back To School:What's In My School Beauty Bag

Hey girls! So unfortunately it's that time time to go back to school. I know some of you don't go back for a while but some of you may be going back soon. So I've started this new series for back to school. If you have any requests let me know in the comments below!

So my school beauty bag is a really small one from Forever 21. I would suggest a small one because you don't want a really big one around. 

-Lip Balm-No one wants chapped lips! I usually like to carry around baby lips because it has SPF in them. 
-Tissues-Just in case a boy decides to break your heart or you could be sick.
-Pads/Tampons-You never know when you're gonna get your period so be prepared!
-Mints-Just in case you want to freshen up after lunch
-Body Spray-After gym class 
-Body Lotion-Keep yourself moisturized!

I know this isn't a lot but I personally feel that you need that much for school.

Summer is here and these are my beach bag essentials. 

Sunscreen-Being sun burnt isn't a fun way to spend your summer 
SPF Lip Balm-You can burn your lips. Ex: Baby Lips

Swimsuit 
Water Bottles-Keep yourself hydrated in the heat
Music/Books-Keep yourself entertained 
Lotion-No one wants ashy legs

Sunglasses

DIY Beach Bags 2

What you will need:
A plain bag-I got mine from Wal-mart
Glitter-Wal-mart,Dollar Store,Target
Tape
Fabric Paint-Wal-mart,Target,Micheal's
Gloss Paint-Wal-mart,Micheal`s 

What to do:
Lay your bag on the side without any pockets.
Take the tape and place it horizontally place them far apart from each other if you want thick stripes if you want thin stripes place them closely to each other.
After all that spray the glue on to the stripes.
Then pour glitter on to that.
Shake off extra glitter.  
Put on the gloss paint.
Let it dry.
Take off the tape and place the tape now on the glitter.
With paint of your choice paint the remaining stripes.
After it drys put on the gloss paint.

DIY Beach Bags

So today I'm going to be telling you how to make your own beach bags. This is going to be a series so this is the first idea. 

What you will need:
A plain white big bag-I got mine from Wal-mart
Glitter-Wal-mart,Dollar store,Target
Elmer's Multi-Purpose Spray Adhesive Spray Glue-I got mine from Michael's  
A gloss finish paint-Micheal's,Wal-mart 

What to do:
Lay your bag flat on a side with no pockets or anything.
Spray a section of the bag with the spray glue.
Then pour a good amount of glitter onto that section.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 till the entire bag is filled with glitter.
Then shake off the extra glitter.
To make sure the glitter stays on just use the gloss finish paint and this will prevent the glitter from coming off.

Father's Day Lunch

Dress-Target

So today was Father's Day and we went to lunch and I kept things simple I paired my blue dress from Target with black flats. 

TAYLOR SWIFT RED CONCERT

Hey girls! So today's post isn't very girly but on Friday June 14th I went to go see the Taylor Swift Red Concert. Oh my god it was amazing. But basically in this post I'm going to be telling you all about the show. So basically our seats were high up but we were sill able to see and hear everything. At first we had Austin Mahone come on stage however he didn't really sing he just danced. The concert started at around 6:30 however Austin was on stage until 7:00. Then the lights come back up again. People started putting up the Ed Sherran curtains come up. Ed came on stage and he was hilarious and he was on stage for 1 hour. Then the lights come back on. They take off the curtains and around 8:30 State of Grace starts playing and BAM Taylor comes on stage and starts singing. She played for 2 hours. The amazing thing about her concert was she didn't just play songs from her RED album she played some of her old songs. Some of the old songs were You belong with me, Tim Mcgraw and Love Story. Taylor was very engaging with the audience and it was upbeat and you were able to dance to it. But another thing is she had fireworks. Like who has fireworks in a concert Taylor does. She also had these ballerinas the night was PERFECT. GUYS MY LIFE IS COMPLETE. Here are some pictures I took.

This was the last song she played and here you see fireworks.

So today's outfit is very trendy. My dress is from H & M and it is heather grey and at the waist band it has black lace. 

Then the back is black lace until the waist band and then the skirt is heather grey. All in all I really do like this dress it fit very well and was very comfortable.

Field Trip

What I would wear
Now for a Field Trip you want to be comfy yet still cute. 
So here's what I would wear for the following seasons.

Winter/Fall
Tights and a pullover sweater. You can make this outfit more cute by pairing it with a scarf or necklaces.

Summer/Spring
Shorts with a tank top. I know you may want to wear dresses or skirts. But the last thing we all need is the wind to blow and your skirt/dress to go up. Let's just save ourselves the trouble.

So today's outfit is a hot pink shirt from sears and it has really pretty crochet at the neck line. As far as bottoms go I paired it with black tights from Forever 21 

How To Treat Acne

So I have struggled with acne for 4 years. I've learned a few tricks with how to deal with acne. So let me help you with your struggle with acne. Let's go through this together!

-Drink ad least 8 glasses of water. Water really does help with acne and other stuff.

-Don't touch your face. Often times we have dirty hands and when you touch your face it's just not good.

-Don't touch your pimples and zits. You're going to end up causing acne scars.

-Be consistent. Be consistent with your face washes and moisturizer. I'm guilty of this.

-Even if you have oily skin moisturize your face.
